Josiah Rising/Raizenne and Abigail Nims


The tragic story of Josiah Rising taken captive in the 1704 Deerfield Raid. Josiah was taken to Oka in New France. He married Abigail Nims also captive of the same raid. Abigail and Josiah had 8 children and about 50,000 descendants.
